Making an appointment.

To arrange an initial consultation or make an enquiry, please telephone on 07986 966 280 or email.
Please state which location, day and time works for you.

Initial Consultation - takes 1 hour to explore what is bringing you to therapy, including your concerns and dilemma. We will look at what you would like to achieve from therapy. If we agree to work together, we will make a contract for 8 weeks and then review it and make a decision whether to proceed and arrange further sessions.

How often?

To ensure consistency of therapy, sessions are held at regular time weekly for 50 minutes. Therapy is a personal process, it can be a short term or a longer term depending on the issue you want to work on. Some concerns can be dealt with in brief focused term work, while others may require a deeper exploratory work and take longer time.

Confidentiality

The sessions are confidential. I am bound by the ethical code of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

BUPA

If you are registered with BUPA, you may be able to get your sessions paid by them. You will need to contact your GP to get a referral to see me. I will require your pre-authorisation number and membership number prior the first session.
