Supervision

Ania Dyczkowska, MSc, UKCP Reg.
Psychotherapy- Counselling - Supervision, Central London & City of London.

Individual and Group Supervision for qualified therapists and students.

I offer individual and group supervision to qualified counsellors and psychotherapist, and students. I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years of counselling and psychotherapy experience, and I am a qualified clinical supervisor.

My approach is integrative, which means I use knowledge and skills across a range of therapeutic models from psychosynthesis that incorporates psychodynamic perspective, CBT, systemic and transpersonal. Within this context supervision facilitates understanding and resolution of difficulty, and identifies a healthy potential and opportunity for change.

As a supervisor, my aim to is to provide a supportive and collaborative space to ensure that a client and therapeutic relationship are at the centre of clinical work. I encourage supervisees developing abilities to be reflective, process aware, managing challenges and adopting a broader perspective in their work.

I completed a two year Post Graduate Course in supervision in 2006. My experience includes supervising individuals and groups. I have been supervising experienced practitioners, and students in training centres and placements. I am on the UKCP and BACP Supervisor Register.

Individual Supervision

Provides confidential and a nurturing space to explore work with clients, and reflect on what is emerging in the therapeutic relationship including transferential dynamics, and review methodology of the work. There is an opportunity to address ethical and legal considerations.

Group Supervision

Usually group has 3 to 4 members. Group supervision allows a space to explore therapeutic process and facilitate the work to gain a broaden perspective of a client.

Supervision can be arranged in person or via Skype or Phone.
